2. You can add up to UNLIMITED property listings.
3. We don’t take any fees from owners or guests. COMMISSION IS 0 % on our website.
4. If the guests wants to make booking for your property, they can contact you directly via PRIVATE MESSAGE, TELPHONE, EMAIL OR ANY OTHER WAY  with booking details ( you will get email notification and message on dashboard ) or any other contact details you provide on your profile and pages.
5. Guests can pay deposit directly to your bank account which you will provide via PRIVATE MESSAGE to the guests
6. All payments go directly to the owners bank accounts or paypal or any other way you request.
7. Renting Base do not ever handle your money ( deposit or full amount)
8. Renting Base is not responsible for anything what happens between guests and the owner. We are not travel agency.

How to advertise & promote your accommodation property on our website :

1. To start advertising your accommodation on our website first you need to Register Free Account on our website.
2. Just go to Add New Property on your profile menu and add your property listings to our website.

Cancellation policy & Refund policy

It is up to the owner to decide how they want to setup their cancellation policy when adding property.

Renting Base don’t give refunds for advertising on our website.
