The apartment is located in 200 m from the centre of Klimno and 150 m from the sea. The apartment is decently decorated and fully equipped. It has a beautiful large terrace with the sea view!

Surrounded by pine-trees and other mediterranean plants, Klimno, an ancient fishermen’s romantic small village situated on the eastern part of the island Krk, has been a popular destination for many years for excursions, reachable by both land and sea. It is well known for its rich gastronomic offering with restaurants serving seafood and other local specialties along with the famous and recognized local wine ”Zlahtina”. There is also a marina with a dry dock.

BOOKING CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

After your booking request, the confirmation containing details of deposit payment required for the booking will be sent to you.
At the time of booking, a deposit in amount of 30% of the total value is applicable per lodging unit.
If the booking is made 30 days or less prior to departure, full payment is due at the time of booking.
The deposit should be sent as applicable, what makes your booking final. Once your booking has become final confirmed by paying the deposit, any change is subject to accommodation availability and communications fee of 25,00 EUR per change.
Payment of the balance of the total price for services booked is due 30 days before the date of the first service included in the applicable booking. If full payment is not received by the applicable due date, we may treat the booking as cancelled and retain the deposit paid on booking as a cancellation fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your booking by notifying us in written. Cancellation fees will be determined with reference to the date on which notice of cancellation is received and are expressed as a percentage of the total price paid for the cancelled service (excluding the deposit payed, i.e. the deposit amount will be held as a non-refundable canceling fee).
(a) Cancellation received 31 days and more before the first service in relevant booking will incur loss of the non-refundable deposit as specified above.
(b) Cancellation 30 days or less before the first service in relevant booking will incur loss of the total amount paid and no further refund will be payable in respect of any cancelled service.

If you prefer to make a bank transfer, we will send you the details via e-mail upon your request. Afterwards, scanned copy of the payment confirmation should be sent to us by e-mail at: dunja.mestrovic@gmail.com.
