Mirta apartment ( 97 sqm, second floor no lift) offers all comforts and is particularly quiet : all windows give onto an internal garden / courtyard area.

It has been elegantly restored in 2014 and carefully furnished by the owners. It can comfortably accommodate 6 persons, is air conditioned and has a nice little balcony equipped with table and chairs overlooking the ground floor garden / courtyard and with nice views of the Cappelle Medicee’s Dome.

Its location is perfect for exploring Florence: the most important monuments of Florence are easily reached on foot.

The San Lorenzo market offers the best variety of fresh food in Florence ( fruits vegetable, meat, fish, bread) and very nice trattoria.

The Florence Santa Maria Novella train Station is easily reached on foot.
For those coming by car, just in front of the house there is a private garage that can be reserved for you on request. Special rates apply.

How to reach the apartment
If you do not mind walking, from the central station it only takes 10 minutes, or you can take a taxi or one of the many buses to San Marco (bus stop: santa reparata)

Parking
the apartment is located within the limited traffic zone. Driving and parking is allowed only to Florence residents.
If you plan to arrive by car, just in front of the house there is a private garage that we can book for you on request. The average daily cost is about € 30,00
